Back-Office Solutions

We’ll design a program to fit your specific requirements. We typically start with a detailed flow diagram outlining how information will be gathered and assembled from your site(s) to meet your need for timely, accurate financial information. Then on an ongoing basis, we can perform a full range of duties at the staff, controller or CFO level:

• Input payables, receipts, and other transactions into accounting software
• Manage payables and produce checks
• Produce invoices and manage A/R
• Manage and input payroll
• Handle weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly transactional services
• Provide monthly management reporting to guide business growth
• Provide monthly controller and/or CFO services

Accounting Support

Perhaps you already have administrative personnel available to enter financial transactions into accounting software, but need someone to set up the correct structure and create the reporting and controls for business management. We’ll send an APN professional to your location on a regular basis to help manage accounting data, reconcile accounts and more. We can also:
