Raluca Louw

Senior Controller

Raluca brings more than 14 years of experience, as a public accountant and controller, working with companies in a wide range of industries. She’s helped international manufacturers, distributors, tech companies unwind the complexities of doing business in the U.S., and she’s performed and overseen the audits of financial statements prepared under both GAAP and IFRS. Detail-oriented, Raluca brings her strong analytical skills and ability to produce quality work under strict deadlines to every client. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Raluca is fluent in English and German, while Romanian is her mother language.

Q: What makes APN Group unique?

As employees of APN Group, we enjoy a very flexible environment where we can balance work and life. We can take care of our clients and tasks in due time by adjusting our schedules to meet clients’ needs without neglecting our families. I look at APN Group as a second family, because everyone is open, friendly, and we always try to help each other out in providing our clients with various top accounting and finance services.

 

Q: When you’re not working, you are…?

When I am not working, I am a wife and mother of a little princess.

 

Q: What is your typical vacation or weekend trip look like?

Having a toddler girl, we like to spend as much time outside as we can. She loves her bike, so we go to parks a lot. Also, we like traveling, so we try to enjoy at least a trip to the mountains and one to the beach each year.

 

Q: What is your hometown, and what do you love about it?

My hometown is Bucharest, Romania. I miss all the vivid cafés and terraces around town where we can enjoy the lovely weather and a great latte.
